Does Suave Lajan offer refunds?
Unfortunately, Suave Lajan does not offer refunds on any of our subscriptions, including gift subscriptions. All subscriptions that are activated when paid in full at checkout, or setup for automatic renewal, regardless of box selection, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If we receive a returned package back to us, a member of our customer support team will ship it back to the address on file.
All addresses, payment, and contact information can be updated via the customer portal. Please make sure that your correct address is updated in our system at all times to prevent future delays.
If a box is shipped to the incorrect address, we will do our best to intercept the package once we are aware of the issue. In the case that we cannot intercept the package, a refund will not be given.
Can I return or exchange my box?
Our luxury boxes are handpicked prior to each month’s delivery. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a box with a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
If you are unsatisfied with your Suave Lajan luxury box, you can cancel your subscription via the customer portal at any time. Please note that cancellations must be done prior to the next billing date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go and would love to address any concerns prior to your decision to cancel. However, if you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into your customer portal on www.suavelajan.com. No cancellation fees will be imposed.
Please note that cancellations must be done prior to the next billing date. Cancellations that are not done prior to the billing date will be shipped per usual. Prepaid 3-month, prepaid 6-month, and prepaid 12-month subscriptions cannot be canceled during the prepaid period.
Gift subscriptions are automatically canceled after the period of time the gift was purchased for. For example, if you were gifted a 6-month gift subscription in February, your subscription will automatically expire after the July box has shipped.
When will I receive my first Suave Lajan Luxury Box?
Your welcome box will be shipped according to our normal shipping and processing schedule. All Suave Lajan boxes are shipped from our warehouse on a biweekly basis. If your subscription is activated between the 25th and 10th of the month, your box will be delivered on or by the 15th. If your subscription is activated between the 11th and 25th of the month, your box will be delivered on or by the 31st or last day of the month.
Please note: Boxes are not shipped on U.S. holidays or weekends. Holiday shipping times may vary based on the carrier. We will do our best to update subscription holders of holiday shipping times.

When does the box ship?
All Suave Lajan boxes are shipped from our warehouse on a biweekly basis. If your subscription was started between the 25th and 10th of the month, your box will be delivered monthly on or by the 15th.
If your subscription was started between the 11th and 24th of the month, your box will be delivered monthly on or by the 31st or last day of the month.
Please note: Boxes are not shipped on U.S. holidays or weekends. Holidays and weekends may add to shipping and processing times. Holiday shipping times may vary based on the carrier. We will do our best to update subscription holders of holiday shipping cutoff times and changes.
Are shipping and taxes included in the subscription plan price?
Shipping is included for all addresses within the United States. International Shipping is not included in the subscription plan price and varies based on location. Please see the international prices below or at checkout for your reference.
Sale taxes are included in all of our U.S. subscription plans, except for the state of Georgia. Any duties, import taxes or fees that may be applied to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Please allow up to an additional 15 business days International shipping rates these countries are as follows:
Canada - $8 *
United Kingdom - $12 *
We are able to ship to any U.S. territory and APO/FPO/AA/AE/AP destination. Please select “United States” or “U.S.” at checkout.
Where can I find my tracking number?
The tracking number will be in the confirmation email that is sent once your monthly box is shipped. You can also find your tracking information and order history within the customer portal by visiting www.suavelajan.com and clicking “My Account “ and then “View Tracking”
How do I create my customer portal?
You can opt in during your initial checkout process. If you fail to do so, you can return to www.suavelajan.com at anytime and click the account icon in the top right hand corner to create an account. When creating an account, please use the same email address you initially completed checkout with. If you have any trouble, please reach out to email@example.com.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your address by visiting www.suavelajan.com and logging into your customer portal. Then click "Manage Subscription" and then “Update address”. If you are having issues please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if it says my box is delivered but it’s not here?
In the case that this were to happen, we’ll be happy to evaluate your situation on a case by case basis and figure out the appropriate resolution to your situation at hand. We will not issue any replacements or refunds for orders where issues are not addressed within 30 days of shipping.
What happens if my box is not delivered?
Please contact your local post office to inquire about the whereabouts of your box. If they are unable to assist you in locating your box, please contact us as soon as possible. You have up to 30 days from the shipment delivery date to report a lost box.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your first payment is due at the time of your first order. Every month on the same day/date, you will be charged the total for the box, along with any shipping and taxes applicable.
If you are purchasing a prepaid subscription, your payment method will be charged for another prepaid subscription on the same day/date after the prepaid period is over. For example, if you purchase a 6-month prepaid subscription on January 1, 2020; your next payment will be automatically pulled in June, once your June box has shipped.
